Gregory (Greg) Clark is a native of northwest Indiana, and the founder and managing member of GMC & Company. Mr. Clark leads the firm’s valuation, litigation support, and consulting services.
Mr. Clark has an extensive background in working with privately owned businesses and is exceptionally knowledgeable in the business valuation industry having testified in trials and hearings on issues including the valuation of businesses and business interests as well as issues related to marital dissolution, child support, shareholder disputes, economic damages, and lost profits analysis.
Outside of litigation, Mr. Clark has provided valuation and taxation services for businesses in a wide variety of industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, professional practices, transportation, chiropractic firms, wholesale distributors, and many more. He has assisted many businesses with planning for a business transition, perform due diligence before a sale transaction, and helping to build value up to listing the business for sale.
In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Clark enjoys spending time with his wife and son, weightlifting, playing golf, and traveling when possible.
