Greg Clark is the founder and managing member of GMC & Company. Mr. Clark is involved in all aspects of the firm's services including business valuation, litigation support, and consulting.

Mr. Clark has specialized knowledge in business valuation having testified in trials and hearings on issues including the valuation of businesses and business interests as well as issues related to marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, economic damages, and lost profits analysis. He has been involved in numerous valuations as an independent valuator and as a third-party neutral valuator. He has also worked as a collaborative financial neutral and to assist clients in mediation, settlement agreements, collaborative litigation, trial preparation, and expert testimony.

Mr. Clark served as the 2025 Co-Chair of the NACVA Business Valuation & Financial Litigation Super Conference and has been a long-standing member of its planning committee. He actively contributes to NACVA’s Training Team, Pro-Bono Group, and the Coaching and Graders Team for the CVA credentialing process. As a past Chair of the NACVA Standards Board, Mr. Clark has played a key role in shaping professional standards. In 2024, he received the NACVA Outstanding Member Award for significant contributions to the profession and community, and in 2021, he was honored as a NACVA 40 Under Forty recipient for excellence and pioneering spirit in valuation and financial forensics.

A frequent speaker on valuation and forensic topics, Mr. Clark regularly presents to attorneys, accountants, and business professionals. He is also a contributing author and editorial board member for NACVA QuickRead, providing articles and presentations on current developments in financial and valuation matters.
